Brief introduction
This bag in box cartoning machine is suitable for packing bags filled with product into box, can automatically feed the bags and boxes, opening the flat box, pack the bags into box, and seal the box. There are two types of sealing for option: insert type and hot melt glue type.

Automatically open the box ,feed in the product, glue spray, seal the box.
Machine is controlled by PLC, each moving part is equipped with sensor. Any abnormal occurs, machine will stop and display the reason on the screen, easy for clearing the errors.
Main driven motor and clutch brake are installed inside the machine, and there is torque overload protector for each transmission system which can protect the machine if overload occurs.
This machine could be performed individually or combined with other packing machine as a complete production line.
